“Came inside the room after check in to see the tv turned on. Look to find the remote and could not find them. Called the front desk to let them know. Took a look time to bring the remote. The bathroom does not have a trash can and no tissue as well. The room I stayed in had black out curtains but useless because the gap between the windows and are too far it reflects the mirrors so even in the middle of the night it is very bright and for a sleeper like me who can only sleep in dark was a……

“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”

“It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong.”

“This property was absolutely disgusting and not well cleaned. It smelled like the room had not been opened in years very musty. The walls had smears all over them, cracked mirrors, hair balls, the fridge and microwave were stained as well as the curtains. I did not feel comfortable sitting anywhere in the room let alone putting my belongings down. ”
