“First time trying a Drury Inn. Very friendly staff, was nice to have the supper and drink option, only hotel I know that does that. Was happy with our room- clean and spacious. Would go back.”

“Friendly staff. Easy, and fast check in. Beyond that, it's a good thing the hotel is getting remodeled. It's seen better days. Hopefully it is more than paint and carpet......there are moisture issues from lack of bathroom ventilation and perhaps prior leaky pipes. The HVAC unit needs a through cleaning to remove the mildew smell”

“房间不小，空调是美国酒店常见的老式坐式设备，噪音大。另外空调上还有若干虫子尸体，健身房设备维护不是太好，也没水没毛巾。液晶电视是新升级的。”

“I books 2 rooms and paid up front to express. but Expedia only booked 1 room for me. And I had to book another room at much higher price at my own cost when arrival. Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable. This only happens once. But twice. Last time when I booked resort room at Mexico Cancun moon palace. The similar situation happened . The agent resolved……

“The room floor was uneven and a deep dangerous slope, there was no shower curtain in the room. The TV only got a few channels, and when I called to inquired that they did say they were making updates. The staff was pleasant and professional, parking was easy and they had a lot of restaurants and stores around that location.”

“Bugs ”

“There are signs all over that say no parties allowed but each night that we stayed we had people next to us the first night where the kids were screaming and yelling and babies crying and then the second night we had kids next door or upstairs jumping off the bed. So it was like a party every night for everyone else so we got no sleep”

“Pool was closed which was the reason I went for my daughter birthday. They told me go swim at the sister hotel and just come back and sleep here, wasn’t comfortable with that considering the fact it was 20 degrees outside and my kids would get sick. So I paid for nothing because me and my kids went back home once I was informed about the pool. ”
