"Overall everything was great. I would have liked a little more communication with the host in the beginning. I got no information until a week before our visit. I got no gate key information until 2 hours before arrival. Even an email telling me it was going to be like that would have been preferable to no communication. I started worrying that the place didn't really exist. We would have liked more coffee cups. There was only 1 coffee cup in the RV. We only got 2 towels. We had to ask for dish...

Ayres Hotel San Diego South - Chula Vista
Ayres Hotel San Diego South - Chula VistaOtay Ranch
10/10 Excellent
Excellent customer service.
Very clean throughout the hotel and inside room and bathroom.
Room and bathroom is spacious.
Tub shower is excellent.
Water pressure is super.
The family loved the Pool and hot tub area. Also outdoor area is available and there’s an outdoor bar that opens in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with waffles, pancakes, eggs, a protein and potatoes. Can also request for kitchen staff to make an omelet if you prefer.
Will definitely recommend this hotel.
