“The Old Mill is a gem! Very tranquil location and very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are cool - decorated industrial style, with interesting light fixture and hardware. Breakfast is included, and featured homemade scones. A unique experience!”

“The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.”

“Well run Inn. Owners are on site. Gail and Darren are friendly and knowledgeable. They run a good operation and care about there guests. Breakfast was included and it was a home-cooked meal. Can't say enough about there professional demeanor. Would stay there next time we are in the area.”

“Over the 4th of July weekend, some days breakfast was not served; I should have been told in advance. Also, advanced notice is needed regarding the beds; all are elevated in the main house, requiring wooden steps (precarious for me); the beds of regular height are in the carriage house. Customers need to be forewarned and given a choice.”

“Although the location is great and my room was clean, the entire house had a musty smell. I found it cluttered where the refrigerator was, didn't even see it until I was leaving. The bed was comfortable and I slept with windows open. Also never saw a sole while I was there.”
