The room was a little warm and hard to get the temperature down even with the heat off. Window opens but then a little loud (sirens) throughout the night. Only complaint. Staff were all amazing and helpful rooms were nice and update and clean! Would stay here again.

If you're going to New York for a few days and don't want to pay the high hotel cost for about the same service and same quality I recommend just outside this was my first time in South Hackensack and if I can go next year I will book the same place
