“The view is spectacular, the room is really nice, the building is great, on-site parking is a huge bonus, and the coffee shop in the lobby odd fantastic! We would definitely stay there again. It’s a quick walk to lots of restaurants and the beach, and a fairly easy drive to get anywhere.”

“We stayed for 6 nights and the area and closeness to everything was terrific. The condo is a little tired, needing new blinds in both bedroom and lounge areas. Some fins missing from the bedroom verticals made mornings very early! The view however was as promised-amazing. ”

“We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was beautiful and clean. The beach chairs and towels were a nice perk. There are so many walkable food options and the coffee window right outside was perfect. We would get coffee every morning then walk over to the beach to watch the sunrise. We took advantage of the rooftop and would do yoga or a workout on the turf area. It was also nice having parking available for the car we rented. We would definitely return and recommend. ”

“Great location and within walking distance to many attractions. The room is simple and for the most part clean. The bathroom ceiling had mold/ mildew and the shower curtain liner needs to be replaced but overall it’s a good place to sleep and since you don’t spend much time in your room. ”

“The location would be 5 stars. However, the room was small and the furniture was outdated. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and using microwave. The view was very nice and only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There was a dead roach on bathroom floor when we arrived and the mattress was not comfortable. If the room was updated and had a new mattress, it would have been 5 stars. The free parking was a perk as parking in the city is very expensive. Overall, for the money, it wasn't a……

“Great sun rise view from my room. Enjoyed many meals out in the open air setting. Cental location for walkig around and exporloring the local area around. Had a fantastic time for my first trip there. Will defenitly return ”
