“They complain that the towels are dirty, shower curtains leak water, the floor is so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor, they say pet friendly but don’t let your dog bark at someone they start acting like it is an issue. Claim they are not an extended stay motel but had others living in the hotel. I just moved back and was staying until we could find a place and they told me I had to leave. I cleaned the room the whole time I was there. Will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this……

“Very nice and clean rooms. We would definitely stay again but it would be nice to have included breakfast. We sat at the restaurant that's connected for 20 minutes and nobody served us so we left. ”

“Staff were all kind. Room was a little dated but the price for a night was very reasonable. ”

“There were dark hairs in the shower and on the bed spread- which was gross. The 3rd floor stunk like BO. We’ve stayed there before. Seems they need to do a hair check on bedding and showers. ”

“Reserved a room and they gave it away to part of a swim team. Didn't notify me til we arrived, more money I assume.”

“The room and hotel had super cute horse decor. Casino was clean and bar was open til 3 am. Free Coffee bar was clutch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! ”

“This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work……

“Clean room Friendly staff”

“The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are many dining and shopping options walkable from the hotel. ”

“We called the first night and asked for extra blankets and were told they were out and we could be provided with an extra sheet. The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. Once we got to our room I was making up my bed to get in it and I noticed there……
