“Very nice and quiet. I ended up getting the same room I had for my birthday. The only complaint is that there’s a big gap under the door due to a botched repair job on the floor. Although the jacuzzi was clean, I do clean it myself as well. All it takes is a small amount of bleach, dawn soap (literally $4 at Walmart or Target nearby). The room is small and cozy. There’s microwaves and menus at the front desk. Remotes require a $10 cash deposit that is returned at checkout.”

“It was old and poorly maintained. It was not unclean but it is in serious need of remodeling, or just tear it down and start over”

“The room was dingy. There was no television. The air conditioner was not working. The staff member was enclosed in a stall to protect her from criminals. I talked to her through a hole in the glass. When I reported these problems to Expedia, the woman on the line basically called me a liar. She said she checked with the hotel, and the staff disputed my statements. Why would I lie? We did not stay there. We booked another hotel. The hotel was not supposed to charge me until I arrived at……

“Drove 2 hours to get there, checked in, dropped off our items on the bed, and went to a concert. When we came back there were crumbs on the bed, and my bag of chips was empty.. I thought they spilled out somewhere? I was so confused.. But no, there were at least 3 mouse turds on the bed where I left the bag of snacks. We left around 3 in the morning.”

“cortina de baño sucia, TV no funciona, mucho polvo, creo que deben de asear mejor los baños, chequear que las cortinas de baño estén limpias, no me sentí en un lugar higiénico”

“This place and the cleanliness was an issue plus the shower rod was falling off the wall, the sink counter was falling apart, the shower was dirty, the hot water never got hot, only one wash cloth for three days, i think the room I had, looked cleaner when I left. Very disappointed and I thought this was just redone, but I guess not. 😣”
