“The staff was friendly, and my room was ready when I arrived. The room itself was spacious, and there were plenty of towels available for everyone. The pool area was also very nice. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The blinds did not close completely, which allowed the parking lot lights to shine into the room at night. “The floor is dangerously slippery! The Hot tub needs grab rails!!!! and a step. No nightstand on one side of the bed. I had to find my glasses between the mattress and the wall. The tv was hard to navigate (bad remote design). No tv in the outer room. No end tables by the couch. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.”

“Our five night stay was pleasant, but our choice of facility was not appropriate for senior travelers. The Tru by Hilton chain is very miminalistic and much more appropriate for a younger audience. Our handicap accessible room was very spacious but also sparsely furnished in Early IKEA furnishings. There was only a king size bed and one desk chair on rollers in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with adaptations for those with handicapping……
