“They double charged for the deposit and it has been over 2 weeks since I’ve inquired about my refunds. Still nothing. Their system recently upgraded apparently and when we checked in they couldn’t find my reservation and after 45 minutes they were able to locate it in their old system. Went up to our room and the housekeepers were in there cleaning it, mind you it’s after 7pm. So we went for dinner while they finished.”

“Best place we stayed (of 4 places) during our entire vacation! If the star ratings went up to 10, this would be a 9.9 (because there's always a little wiggle room for improvement, right?) Room was spacious and super clean, beds were very comfy, and we were SOOOO excited to be able to open the window a few inches and fall asleep to the amazing lullaby of the waves of Lake Michigan crashing on the shore -- nothing better!! We had dinner at the inn's restaurant, nightcap at the bar, and breakfast……

“I chose this hotel because of easy access to the locations I would be visiting in the area. Staff was very friendly and greeted us with smiles any time we saw them. Property, exterior and interior, was well maintained, though decor was somewhat dated. Breakfast (included) offered a variety of cold options (yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels, etc.)and make your own waffles. Good for the price of the room.”

“The motel was ok. Clean and had a good breakfast in the morning. The pool and fitness room was filled with junk and the floor was dirty. Toilet cover in our room was broken so the toilet cover moved side to side about 3”. There was ink or lipstick on the wall in the room with the toilet. No information in the room as to food delivery or what business was close by.”

“The property was very clear and well kept. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was the usual waffles, cereal,and bagels. I stay there every time I go to Westfield the last three years.. The rooms have different themes to them.”

“I think there’s some things that could be better. For example our room was never cleaned a single time, other than them just adding towels and redoing the bed. The shower consistently leaked so we had to put like 3 towels down so there wouldn’t be a puddle when we got out. And I also think it could be a little further designed. Love the medieval castle like theme, just wish they went further with it and didn’t hold back. Especially with the room and the pool which looks pretty mundane compared……
