“Such a lovely place to stay and so handy you can pre book a parking space by calling the hotel! (Bit pricey but at least it’s at the hotel!) Staff are very helpful and always polite! There is a lovely lady at breakfast - so friendly and I’m always usually in a row so she makes sure the order isn’t held up! Don’t hesitate to stay here! You won’t be disappointed ”

“Room clean and tidy, facilities excellent. Food excellent. Staff friendly. Only negative points were at times noticeable staff shortage which affected service and Reception did not pass on to restaurant staff correct details of visitors having half board.”

“All staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. We had a sea view room and it was just lovely to look out across and see the pier and all the ships sheltering from bad weather in the Bay. And the breakfast in the morning was just lovely to sit down and enjoy a good standard.”
