“Our only issue was that they need to have better sound proofing. You could hear everything from the rings around us and definitely the hallway. ”

“Wonderful trip! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I was happy with the valet service. They were very nice and efficient. The hotel is beautiful. Many spots to sit inside by the fireplace or outside. The room was beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean and had a nice large shower. The bed was perfect. The balcony was the cherry on top. Gorgeous sunset views. A nice energy from downtown at night. Loved the record player in the room. There’s a nice vinyl……

“Cute place. Clean, comfortable bed. However, skylight in bedroom had us up early and storm one night, with rain pounding on skylight, made it hard to sleep. Nice sitting area, but no TV in that room. Could only watch a TV from bed. There was a kitchenette, but had no amenities. Really no different than hotel room as it had a mini frig, microwave with a sink. No type of basic dishes for food as you would expect a kitchenette to provide. Had a type of coffee maker, with directions, but no……

“Great location, comfortable and quirky. You can tell the hotel is older and has had updates but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooftop bar and outdoor seating area with gas fire pits was perfect for hanging out on a cool evening. Comfortable bed and very nice staff. We will stay again when visiting our MSU student.”

“This was my first time at this hotel. I really liked it and it will become my go to place when I am in Springfield. Very cool lobby, great employees, just an all-around breath of fresh air for Springfield. The perfect business traveler room! Lots of plugs! Loved the steamer instead of an iron! Good breakfast! Neat place!”

“Breakfast was typical for Hampton. No complaints except they need to add a gluten-free pastry. The woman serving the breakfast was delightful! Our room did not have a functioning bathroom fan, which was missed. Otherwise, all good.”
