“We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix……

“No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in They actually sent him up to a dirty……

“Shower n sink drains did not drain. We had to stand in water up to ankles. I informed front desk upon check out. Hopefully they fixed it. Carpet in room wasnt the greatest. It appeared to have stains. Dunno if i would stay here again. Maybe just to sleep. Bed was comfortable. ”

“The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. The room was really nice.”

“It was a great stay although the showers barely had hot water. ”

“Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. ”

“Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner in the lobby was well done and the bar staff were great. The only issue we had was a loud group next door coming in at 1:00am yelling and slamming doors until past 4:00am. Spoke to them once asking to quiet down; then called the front desk for assistance. Front desk may have attempted to take care of it; but regardless of that, the noise did not stop. Not the hotel staff’s fault by any means - just an unfortunate situation that……

“I’ve finally found a hotel worth staying at in Springfield!!!! My family and I come down 2-3x a year, and let me tell you it’s been rough finding a good hotel. But this place Vib, was amazing! The staff was awesome, the room was very cool and very clean, the beds and pillows were so comfy, the view was incredible. We were on the 4th floor and could see Mercy hospital and other businesses. Our kids found that the best thing ever! I will definitely be back! ”
