“Parking was plentiful right outside front door. Hotel is on Commercial St in Springfield,Mo. Commercial St seemed to have a many dining options along with a plethora of coffee houses. Unfortunately I stayed at hotel on a Monday and Tuesday night most of the businesses on Commercial St are open Tuesday-Sunday so there are not a lot of options on a Monday evening The actual room I stayed in was quite large with tall ceilings and (2) skylights and was very comfortable. Pour thru coffee maker was in……

“No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in They actually sent him up to a dirty……

“Thie hotel is local great fo4 restaurants, shopping and the downtown area also. ”

“Each time I went to the bar there was no staff to take my order. I also didn’t see any Bud Heavy, which is my drink of choice. ”

“Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. ”

“Nice place to stay whole getting daughter enrolled in college! Plenty of parking, friendly staff, good kickback and breakfast! It does have a pool and hot tub which is always a plus after traveling all day! ”
