“Walking in, renovations were going on and we were not informed when booking. Very minor inconvenience but inconvenient no less. Went to the front desk to check in and was given keys to room 215. When I opened the door, the room was full of someone else’s thing. Went to the desk and the young lady seemed shocked and didn’t really know what to do. After she made several phone calls. I was given keys to room 315. About to walk into the room, the door for room 313 swings open and an other employee……

“旁邊的購物中心快沒有商店了，停車交通方便，有一些餐廳及速食餐廳。 住三晚 早餐完全一樣，沒有變化！ 通風不良，早上5:00 整個房間都是嚴重廚房油煙味，基本上都是被油煙味嗆起床的。”

“I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre. I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout……
