“For almost $200 a night, I expected more from this place. The room was nice, but there was no microwave or mini fridge and the TV was basic. I like the character of the bathroom, but the tile grout was dirty and the one towel hook was about to come off.
The staff was nice, but never at the front desk. There was a sign to call them if you needed help which I can understand if they're running on a skeleton staff. However, whenever I would call the number, it was answered "hello" like a personal……

“We loved everything about our stay at Plum Point. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The drinks and food from their in-house restaurant were high-quality and delicious. “Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with.
