"Really the dinner at Hemming Way in their hotel was just ok. Salad was warm the seafood scampi was tasteless. On their defense I did ask for them not to put in a lot of garlic. But it had no color and this was not appealing. My husband had the pasta with bolognese and it was also bland( large bowl of pasta with sauce dumped on it). "

"Even though my emails from Expedia say I can pay at property. The hotel insisted that their policy is to pay within 7 days. I called the hotel bc my card was being charged 2 days prior to check in. I called and got a very rude staff member at the front desk names Coolie. She told me that if I didn't pay by end of day she would cancel my reservation. It all worked out but was handled very poorly. "

"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen. My order came up with GF toast and no knife to spread butter or jelly on it and no napkin. so whereas the room was great, the rest was not as I have explained, for the price we paid. "
