I stayed in the Bridge terrace room for 2 nights. Here are my pros and cons.
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and by the seaport. If you get a room with the terrace facing the bridge, you’ll have an amazing view.
Cons: The hotel itself, unfortunately, is not a 5 star hotel as listed on google. It’s barely a 4 star, if at all. Everything is showing wear and tear. From the elevators, hallways, and especially the rooms. The room itself had a lot of issues. Cracked and damaged ceilings in the bathroom. Insect stains/parts on the walls. Hair (not mine) on the shower head. Coffee beans on the carpet floor. Cigarette butts on the terrace. Needless to say housekeeping needs to do a better job. Broken bathroom door lock. I can go on with the cons, but these were the first things I noticed within the first few minutes.
Obviously there is a cost to a refresh renovation, but this hotel definitely needs it.
