“Stayed at hotel for one night on our way back to Michigan on our Florida vacation. Hotel was not bad but needed some updates. “Pros- I made the reservation at the last minute and because it was after 12 it had me check in at 3pm that day. Which was fine. As long as the hotel has room, usually they are able to just change the reservation. I mistakenly asked for a smoking room but he was able to change it for me. The staff was friendly and other than the below complaint, the room was clean and the sheets even smelled really good. Cons - However, changing the room to nonsmoking didn’t seem to matter.
