“We had a lovely stay here in September. The room is well-equipped with all the necessities, and the host was very responsive as well. Beaver run has a free shuttle that you can request on-demand from just outside the building. The shuttle was very fast and it’s very convenient to pop around downtown without the hassle of finding parking. Parking at this building is $15/night btw. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!”

“Our stay was pretty great! The place was clean (other than the toilet seat that could be replaced). Could use a few small updates but it was set up with everything we needed and worked great for the week. I gotta say though…if you believe in ghosts at all, we definitely thought we had one hanging out with us at night. My boyfriend says he saw what looked like a man standing in the bathroom doorway right of the kitchen around 1 am. The next night (keep in mind I don’t often get paranoid of this……

“The photos of our rental made it seem like there was a large living room included in the rental. What we got was essentially 1/3 of an entire apartment with a terrible kitchen built into a hallway and bunk beds in a closet with no real place to eat for my family over Thanksgiving. I was so disappointed in this place due to the small size, the cleanliness, it having multiple issues including a floor heater that made terrible noises on average every two seconds all night while we tried to sleep……
