“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Arrived at the hotel at 2.50pm after 16 hours of travelling. Was told check in was at 3pm and they wouldn't allow check in 10 minutes early. Was made to sit in the lobby that has a very clearly aged sofa with holes and dips in it. The lifts, of the 2 days we were there only 2 out of 3 lifts worked and the average wait time was 11 minites from the 4th floor so used the stairs most of the time. The room and indeed the hallways are in desperate need of redecorating, duct tape holing the……
