"The place is really well appointed remodel but there is no hot tub, which is 100% listed as a top amenity, and it doesn't exist. I sent many messages prior to booking that it lists hottub but has no photos and they said "we are getting you a photo". Running out of time to book we believed them and booked, but there was no hot tub. Why a big deal? My whole goal was a private outdoor hottub as I knew we'd be on a stressful work trip. "Cozy home. Needs a bit of updating. For example the cookware was in bad shape. No lighters or matches to get the wood burning fireplace going. The promoted games in game room, some were broken. Other wise a good place to stay with family."

"We had a wonderful stay! The listing was very accurately representative of the condo. Comfy beds and clean. One of the paintings in family room was not hung but secured behind the couch. The dishwasher did not have a steam function so we had to hand dry all washed dishes after it completed its cycle. There was no broom unfortunately but we made do with a vacuum. But overall, a good stay. Had good communication with rental company vacasa when we had questions. Great location! Thanks! Thanks!"

"We enjoyed our stay here and loved the proximity to Northstar. The space fit well for our group — 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is listed as fitting 8 people, but it seems like that would be tight. The only small negative is that it was not well stocked with essentials like salt & pepper or extra toilet paper. The local staff did bring more toilet paper, but only on the second to last day of our trip. Otherwise, no complaints. A nice, cozy home perfect for a ski vacation."

"Most disappointing VRBO thus far! Both urine and blood stains on blankets in bedrooms. Bedroom carpets made our socks dirty! Upstairs balcony rotten with rails that felt as if they could give easily. Dirty rolled up carpet and used/filthy AC filter stacked near front door. Back yard a hazard with downed pine limbs, unspooled hoses, tarps...a remodel of upstairs was great...I highly recommend staying somewhere else. I contacted the owning company, sent photos of urine/blood/all else. Received...

"An outstanding choice for our vacation in Tahoe. Location is awesome near the mountain as well as the lake. The house is well-equipped and the team is very quick to support with any issues. Enjoyed the hot tub and the comfortable bedding. Excellent views, clean, well appointed and the house was a great fit. We could not have asked for more."

The property was clean and well stocked (trash bags, dishwasher packets, laundry soap, spices). The house was somewhat dated, but was quite comfortable for our group.
