“Front desk staff were useless. No knowledge about wifi not working or even how to check out if they’re not there. No staffing before 7am. Mini fridge in lobby was locked 2 different days. As for the room, the overhead lights in the bathroom were burned out and mildew was growing on the ceiling. The air conditioner was super loud and needs a thorough maintenance. The room was superficially clean.”
