“I booked an 18-day stay through Expedia and ended up leaving 5 days early due to a change in plans. I personally informed the hotel manager 3 days before my departure and clearly requested a refund for the unused nights. He agreed and told me to wait until the booking processed and to follow up at the end of the month. When I followed his instructions, he first delayed the process saying he was on vacation. “I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!”
