The only outlet closest to a mirror was at the very bottom of the full-length mirror by the entrance—almost at floor level. Since the hairdryer’s cord was too short, trying to use it in front of a mirror in the room was pure frustration. The drop-off zone in front of the hotel entrance costs £7.20 and only allows a 10‑minute stay? That's insane.”

“Very nice hotel and restaurant/food was outstanding. There was an issue with check in the hotel system meaning all guests waited for an over an hour to check in. We had an excellent meal on the top floor restaurant with amazing views - staff forgot to bring out drinks until our main course and we waited 30 mins for asking for the bill to payment. Didn’t effect our view on experience but a bit more attention to detail or communication would have been appreciated during the check in delay and……

“Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.”
