“The staff was kind and helpful. We checked in and opened our door and the smell hit my wife and I right away. Accommodations were basic. The room was clean, but my wife’s allergies could not tolerate staying. Again, the staff was very helpful and understanding. They gave us a refund of all but $25 as a credit card processing fee.”
