“Breakfast was ok. Our stay overlapped a large group of students who were very noisy and had no regard for other guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. I feel that the handicapped shower in our room was still a bit dangerous as the floor tiles were extremely slippery. My mother was very worried about her older sister slipping, so we put down plenty of towels outside of the shower. Perhaps they can add a nonslip mat in the bathroom in addition to the safety rails.”

“First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized.
