The rooms were a bit bigger than the APA Shibuya, just the right size. Walking distance to train station and electric town. Would definitely come back if we are staying in Akihabara.

Staff are excellent, helpful and polite (they greet me every time I walked passed the reception !) and location is convenient. The only thing is that the hotel has only 1 lift so it was crowded in the morning.

So convenient and helpful!
They were so helpful with everything whenever we needed it. The room was comfortable, but it was a little small. We were expecting this, however, and we knew that rooms in Tokyo were small in general. The area is nice too, lots of restaurants and the centre of Akihabara are in easy access. It is very close to the station which is very convenient. We asked to use the luggage forwarding service, and the receptionist was so helpful, even going so far as to ring the hotel we were sending the luggage to to double check it was the correct place.
