The basic room is larger that average Tokyo downtown hotel rooms, which allow us to open 2 big luggage at the same time without blocking all the passages. Everything is nice and clean. The supermarkets and skytree mall nearby is very convenient, and getting to the Metro station is just downstairs cross the road.

A handy hotel to stay at to get to the airport right next to the train and tokyo skytree. The skytree water bottles are a nice touch in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very conveniently next to the subway station on a direct to both airports as well as having the Skytree Town Bus terminal right in front so transport was very easy from this hotel. The hotel also helpfully kept our luggage for 3 days in between stays while we went to Kyoto.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the Tokyo Skytree and next to a direct metro line to Haneda airport and most of the city. The stay was pleasant and the room was spacious for Tokyo.

The location was excellent, right by the Skytree and moments from Oshiage Station. Room was very pleasant and clean. Breakfast was rather eccentric with a choice of chilli with tacos, various salads and soft serve ice cream, with a few other more conventional choices. All in all it proved an excellent base for our sightseeing around Tokyo

We had a great stay at the Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole. The location is unbeatable, with the Tokyo Skytree just a stone's throw away, a must-see attraction! We chose one of the theater rooms, which was a unique and fun experience. The only downside was that the room was on the smaller side, and we could only get a double bed instead of two twins. Despite that, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, amenities, and overall excellent experience.

Located right outside the Oshiage/Skytree station. It was easy to ask people which transportation to take because everyone knew what “Skytree” is. Take Exit B3. Life supermarket has plenty of food options, went there for drinks and snacks and foot relief patches. If you are going to Disneyland/DisneySea, there is a Tobu bus line at the Skytree garage/bus station, a very short walk away (basically across the street). There was a direct line on the Keisei Skyliner from Narita airport to Oshiage station as well. Hotel has washer and dryers as one machine. TV has a channel for you to check status of the machine availability and remaining time of the machines. Please note that the green button is a tub clean function. Most clothes don’t dry properly, so you’ll need to add an extra 30 minutes for drying. 5th floor receptionist area has change machines. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice newly renovated hotel. Great beds, firm but not too firm for those with back problems and big room for Japan. Service? It's Japan so of course it was good. Any help requested was answered and acknowledged. Very clean overall rooms and hotel. Right across the street from Skytree and Oshiage station which can get you anywhere. A bit to the northwest of city center so a trip to Shibuya will take 40 minutes on the Honzomon Line. Direct acess to Narita airport with the Keisei Skyaccess line not to be confused with the Skyliner. Many food and shipping options at the Solamachi building. 7 stories of ships and food. Bottom of hotel building also has a 2 story grocery and pharmacy for your needs. If you are looking for cheap eats Matsuya, Moss Burger and the Kura flagship stores are within a couple minute walk. Hotel does have a Sizzler if you're into that type of thing. sizzler must be a big deal in Japan because this one is expensive, but not much better quality food than you would see in the states The only drawback to this hotel is that you will be staying with a lot of other tourists.
