The room was large and super clean. We were 3. The toiletries were I adequate. Plenty of self parking. Close to airport. Lastly I was charged a resort fee higher than provided on my Expedia receipt.

Great spot to stay. The service was great and the staff was friendly. If I had to make any complaint, it’s that for the king sized room I thought it would be luxurious for the price I paid, however it was pretty plain and didn’t offer much to make the wow factor. I’d say the experience was great for the one night we stayed, but I think the price was a little high for the room. Also breakfast was not included.

The beds and showers were great. Nice, new, clean hotel. My only struggle was with check-in - no carts or porters in sight and I had to make multiple trips to my car in the parking garage all the way through the hotel to get checked in (and out). I have a bad back and shoulder, so that part of the trip was not ideal. However, the stay was lovely. It was quiet and very relaxing in the room.

We liked everything about this property. We had a 2 bedroom suite that faced the racetrack and it had a great view of Toronto. The room was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy themselves. We didn't use any of the facilities or restaurants since we had planned our trip around sightseeing but if we ever go back to Toronto, this is where we'll stay!

What was very desirable was the chickness and spaces to learn that safety is a priority going up to your assigned floor. The only downfall was Air Flight Services Chauffer was confused and couldnt find the hotel entrance. I truly believe this is an overseen from Air Flight - maybe communicating to all the types of Taxi Services to ask the guest which door . Lastly, as we were checking in the agent did not notify us that you needed your key/card for the elevator.
