“The air conditioning in my room wasn't working, and there was no way to turn it on or adjust the temperature myself—they control it via computer. I asked them to turn it on, but they didn't; I went to the front desk at 10:00 PM, 11:30 PM, and 1:00 AM. They only turned it on at that last visit, by which point I had already lost my sleep because the room was like an oven. This was my first and last time at this hotel.”

“Truly an incredible hotel! The hotel staff was outstanding. When we didn't know how to control the Air conditioning, they were able to remotely set it for our desired temperature from the front desk- really cool technology. The breakfast was amazing, with so many options and a Barista Bar who could make you any drink/coffee you like (he was an expert, and I am pretty sure the espresso machine was worth a couple cars - super lux). We will only stay here when we come to Rome, truly amazing We……
