“I should have taken other recent reviews to heart. The property is overgrown; the path stones are broken, and weeds grow right under my patio doors, making them difficult to open. I received a message saying no one would be there to greet me, but that a packet with information and my room keys would be on the front desk. I arrived around 1:30 and found the envelope with my first and last name and my room displayed on the front. So much for privacy (or safety). The lobby has a musty/mildew……

“The Inn both inside and out is beautiful and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable as are the pillows which gave us a wonderful nights sleep. The interior spaces are beautifully appointed with warm comfortable furnishings and soothing colors. The bar is inviting as the restaurant with wonderful food and an excellent selection of wines and alcohol offerings. The breakfasts are so good we could have had them for lunch and dinner. What made our stay really special was the care and……
