“No respetaron la reservación. Cuando llegamos habían sobrevendido cuartos y la gente estaba afuera intentando conseguir algo. Cuando hablamos a hoteles.com nos consiguieron otro cuarto pero era de la misma cadena así que tampoco respetaron las reservas. Afortunadamente Hoteles.com nos consiguió otro cuarto.”

“Building was not as expected. Low end feel. Dirty top blankets. Smelled like smoke. Simply looked like it was repainted to try to look improved. Will not return. Definitely not for the price considering most other locations within walking distance are very nice and clean. Was under impression it was new name and updated. Not the case.”

“Checked in to this property and stayed for 3 nights. Through a clerical error, they thought I was not there even though they took my security deposit and handed me the keys. They wanted me to make another reservation even though I already paid. Staff was very rude and threatened to have the police remove me from the property. Overall experience was horrible. No room service, the beds looked like they didnt even change them from the previous guests. Do not book here,”

“Nice Place to stay. ”

“Arrived with paid reservation -no rooms available......not a legit business. The sister hotel in the area had same issue earlier this year. I will not return.”

“Check in/ check out was a little wonky. The overhead light in the room was ghastly, but the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The room climate control was also good.”

“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

“Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.”

“Ideal cabin getaway. ”
