“I did not actually stay at this property. I booked my reservation at approximately 4 PM on the day of check-in, in anticipation of driving about 4 hours to the property. Traffic delayed me and I arrived after 10:30 PM. The Expedia booking platform did not provide any area or mechanism to notify the property that I would arrive late and need late check-in assistance. Likewise, there was no conspicuous indication that check-in after 10 PM was not permitted. Thus, I arrived to the property to find……

“General Manager Robbin Smith ist wirklich fantastisch, genau wie Marian und Zian. Der Neue hat eine tolle Persönlichkeit. Sie sorgen dafür, dass sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen, stellen sicher, dass die Zimmer makellos sauber sind und alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden sind. Der angenehme Duft in den Fluren ist ein besonderes Plus. Und sie bieten köstlichen Kaffee an. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen.”
