"We absolutely loved it there. it has wonderful view during sunrise from the hills and cute backyard for my pup to run and play. Property is maintained well even though its a Mobile home. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. calm and peaceful. Be mindful of neighbours though, there was one guy who was not happy with us walking around as he thought we were intentionally there to disturb his dogs and horses."

"It might not actually be a cottage, but it feels like it when you walk inside. Roomy, clean, well appointed and decorated. We were on a business trip in Tulare as exhibitors at the AG show so we were exhausted at the end of the day and the jacuzzi was good (it would have been great if it hadn’t been so cold outside…oh well, it is Feb after all!) "The property is not huge but not to small. Fit perfectly with the 2 kids and 2 adults staying at the house. Right down the street from target and restaurants. The house is a brand new build with new construction still building around. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. My only call out is bring your own butter or oil to cook. They have the necessary pans and plates but not enough cooking essentials. Luckily the pans are non stick so I was able to make it work. Also no cleaning supplies...

The farm animals are separate from the beautiful house near the delicious orange trees that they allow you to treat yourself with. This property was a great addition to the wonderful experience we had at the Sequoia National Park and we highly recommend this for your stay!"

"This is a very nice house, spacious in a nice quiet area. Large back yard for everyone to enjoy. It has an office space if you need to work. Owner is always available and wants to make sure everything is okay. I was also in contact with him prior to booing and he answered all of my questions and requests."

"Positives: nice size, two bathrooms, working stove, laundry, TV, internet, beds “available”. Easy check in (code lock, but anyone can access the backyard so make sure you lock the back door, no side gate/lock) Cons: DIRTY. Including dusty cobwebs. (Was told they deep clean after each stay…) I have pictures, but no way to upload. Found hair shavings in both sinks and toilets, half drunk bottles and cups, dirty sheets and blankets. Dirty towels. Huge hole in pillow. Super flat pillows, stains on...

"I loved how close everything is to this location. My fiance and I had a wonderful time. Very quiet safe and we had everything we needed here. Would definitely stay again. Five stars for sure. "
