“Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked……

“Overall experience was amazing!! Quiet building, easy parking, super quick connection to metro and outer loop :). Bedrooms are on opposite sides of gorgeous open concept living area, each with own bathroom, and great light! Huge windows throughout, and great balcony space as well. Such a great trip!!”

“The place is convenient due to close proximity to the Metrorail which would bring you to around the city. The place is nothing fancy but affordable and lots of guest. Two notable staff members are very helpful and works really hard, Shyam who is the front desk very accommodating and efficient. Solangel who handles the breakfast area keeps it very neat and replenished.”

“The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed……
