“Very miss leading. Photos show larger cabin, when it was a small one that we were actually put into. This would have been fine had there been a working toilet, shower that got warmer than luke warm, and a bed that was softer than the ground. The smell of cat pee throughout the cabin and mildew in the bathroom didn’t make a 300$+ stay any better. Definitely don’t recommend. Wouldn’t go back unless the cabins actually had some minimal fixing up and cleaned to a higher standard.”

“I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. ”

“Very nice stay. It has a family feel in ownership, very kind. Room was clean, good amenities, nice extras like a group sitting area with a gas fire pit. Sits on a creek, need to get close to the bank for a view but it is literally about 20 feet from the social area. Close walk to Main St. and to restaurants on 7th, both within a 100 foot walk. Ok, me and the missus just discussed what was wrong (I hate all one sided reviews), so hear it goes. A couple of loungers or ADK chairs on the slope……

“Tons of charm and great character. The room was comfortable and clean. The spa downstairs is really wonderful and the sauna was like new and got nice and hot. Much needed after a hard day of hiking.
