"Loved that there was a big pool and hottub, close to alot of shops and restaurants!! Even had a small trail to walk around a pond! Room size was great but sheets had piling and not very comfortable, and room had crumbs all over the floor when we first got in. But staff was very nice and check in and out was fast and efficient!"

"We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When he finally showed up, he did’nt even say sorry and neither say hello. He asked for the credit card and my driver licence, took the depot. We asked for some cue for restaurant around the hôtel, he said yes there are some! I had to ask him for name and direction otherwise, he would have not gave me any! At our departure at 6:15, no one showed up at the front desk for 15 minutes! We left the access card on the counter and left with the shuttle! At least, the shuttle driver was nice. The room was great. First, and last time at this hotel"
