“I found this experience to be pretty disappointing. I'd lived in Scranton for a long time but had never stayed here until this visit. My wife and I booked a nice room on the top floor and I was eager to see what it was like. I found the reception to be abrupt and unpleasant right from the start. The room itself seemed fine at first. It wasn't until the next day that I found a cockroach. This is bad enough but the front desk seemed unconcerned about this, didn't apologize and only sent……

“The property was great booking through Expedia was a disaster. Very upset that I had to go to the “policy” section to see the pool in all the pictures was closed. In other online sites they said right on the page pool closed. I got 150 dollar credit to only use booking through them again for another vacation. The person wouldn’t give me a supervisor and was actually very rude and not listening to what I said. Because even in their policy section they showed me it said closed Monday-Thursday……

“I had specifically chosen this property because it had the Bistro because I was traveling with my parents who are in their 80’s. I figured it would be better for them to not have to get in and out of car for dinner and breakfast. When we checked in a sign was posted that Bistro was closed because someone called in sick. “Room was great with high end mattresses and clean like one would expect . We arrived at 12:30 pm and check in wasnt an issue at all . Will stay here again for certain. ”
