“If you stay in an interior room of the hotel I rate it 4 stars BUT the external entrance room 111 on the ground floor was dirty, curtains dangling from rod, door lock loose, worn furniture and carpet filthy, sunlight and air coming through the door, smoking allowed outside the room and everyone who came there to smoke , you hot their second hand smoke through the AC and crack in door entrance. The outside-door to the hotel dining are was always open- never required a key card to get in at any……
