"First of all, I reserved this hotel especially for the pool. I was celebrating my 40th birthday and was so looking forward to enjoying myself at the pool upon my arrival. At any point it was mentioned to me the pool would be closed, until I got to my room and got dressed excitedly to go upstairs and enjoy the sun. Went downstairs to complain about it and was offered 2 free drinks at the bar. Hotel blamed Hotels.com for not updating their website on the pool situation. Those two free drinks were supposed to be picked from the cheapest list of drinks offered at the bar. Upon finding my seat by the CLOSED pool, I was told it was ok to sit for now but the table was reserved and we would have to leave in 30 min - mind you that ALL tables were reserved and we were already sitting there initially. I asked if us being guests at the hotel would have the priority for the table and were told NO, that the bar/pool was not part of the hotel. Ended up leaving and ordering door dash cause the hotel kitchen was already closed. We paid to include breakfast, hotel said we would have to talk to hotels.com to get a dispute because all they were giving us was a meal voucher for breakfast. Meaning I ended up paying even more for breakfast. At 11am I was told they had no food left and they were about to close (we were told breakfast was from 7a-12p). The food left was miserable, I could have gotten something better at Starbucks and spent less money. Do not stay at this place."

"Check the air conditioning right away. On a 90 degree day the air conditioner wasn't working. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was handed a card to email the manager. Also, expect to pay for the valet. Street parking is only option and not the best area. One positive is the restaurant food was better than expected."
