“Kenneth was AMAZING!! Our first night was ROUGH. We were put in a room with an adjoining door and we could hear EVERYTHING-them opening cans, conversations, and even wrappers being opened. Then around 3 A.M. someone was BANGING doors (opening and closing Multiple times).
We were prepared to move hotels as we had another two nights ahead of us, but Kenneth didn’t hesitate to move us to another room AND UPGRADE to a Wonderful suite. We had 2 more QUIET nights stay in a well equipped room.
