“We found QT Suites to be charming but the biggest joy for us was Larissa. She greeted us with a cordial hospitality like all front desk person should but it just got better as days went on. She was kind, always had a smile and was very helpful throughout our stay until the end. Even on her day off, she made sure our taxi arrangements were on schedule. We would come back and stay again.
