“When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a……

“We had a lovely stay at the Marcella Royal Hotel in Rome. Our room was spacious and well air conditioned. The hotel is in a good location - 15 to 20 mins to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps The rooftop patio bar/restaurant was lovely for aperativo or lunch/ dinner and breakfast was included. The rooms are accessed via a physical key which you are asked to leave at the front desk when away from the hotel. The front desk staff have maps and are helpful with directions or suggestions.”

“This is a nice hotel, but quite a walk from Termini if you have a lot of luggage. There are buses to and from Termini.There is a small elevator which is available starting on the first floor, which means you have to get your luggage up to the elevator. The staff is very helpful. The room was small but nicely decorated and the breakfast is excellent.”

“If I come to Rome again, I will not choose Dolce Vita Suites. It was a clean room and in a nice location, but it is more of an airbnb kind of stay where you have to communicate with the manager/owner via messages. No one greets you upon arrival; instead you get the access code, and you are lucky if it is on time. I asked for an iron and waited two days for it. There was an in-room breakfast, but imagine warm crouisssants sealed in a plastic bag and out on top of the fridge where motor heats them……

“因为停车非常非常非常不方便，所以我们没有车；因为没有车，退房前一天让酒店工作人员帮忙约了第二天的出租车；因为意大利人不靠谱，定在早9点的出租车到了9点45还没来。因为出租没来，我们在酒店外苦苦等待；因为等的时间太久，我的相机包在7、8个人的眼皮子底下被人偷了；因为追小偷，我的脚骨折了。没找这家酒店索赔，就算是表示我大国子民的胸襟吧。”

“Renovation work is still on going in Nov 2024. can hear clearly people talking in your next room even if they do not speak loud. During full house season, shower water may run out. But very nice and helpful staff. Room is nicely cleaned every day.”

“They’re terrible with communication. I tried to cancel through Expedia and they never responded to Expedia after they tried multiple attempts. When I went in person and tried to cancel atleast 1 night out of the 4 nights I booked, they didn’t allow that either. The room pictures online were deceiving too. The room is so tiny. No space to walk around or open your luggages. I paid over $750 for some tiny room and terrible customer service. Never again will I be returning there.”

“The room is little bit old style and small. The terrace breakfast at the top of the hotel is really crowded and with no view. Can’t imagine having breakfast outside with sunshine in the morning. Hot temperature ruins the mood to enjoy breakfast.”
