“⭐ 1 Star This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The pictures online look nothing like the actual room. The headboard was ripped apart and covered with a piece of velvet fabric to hide the damage. Instead of a proper comforter, the bed only had sheets and a fuzzy blanket. The bathroom was just as bad—the shower wouldn’t switch over properly from the tub faucet, and it took forever just to get hot water. The TV was another disappointment. “The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“Read reviews and was hesitant but still made reservation. Checked in on a Friday and left Monday . Didn’t have problems super nice only thing could use more towels we only got two big and two small . Air conditioning worked but was a bit dirty , walls were not dirty but had scuff marks we went to the warped tour festival Saturday and came back and I guess room service showed up and we didn’t ask for it . We double checked and all our stuff was still there thank goodness . Could use some warmer……

“Great little hotel. Not a very big facility, but very clean and spacious. Great place to stay for a night or two. My only complaint is the comfort of the beds. The mattresses could definitely use some upgrading to a more comfortable mattress. Other than that, no complaints.”

“Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7”
