“We loved the breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff was eager and willing to make a special breakfast plate. The rooms were clean and cool. So refreshing from a hot summer day. Everyone one at Crown Plaza was so polite and helpful. Thank you Crown Plaza for making our stay a pleasant one.”

“⭐ 1 Star This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The pictures online look nothing like the actual room. The headboard was ripped apart and covered with a piece of velvet fabric to hide the damage. Instead of a proper comforter, the bed only had sheets and a fuzzy blanket. The bathroom was just as bad—the shower wouldn’t switch over properly from the tub faucet, and it took forever just to get hot water. The TV was another disappointment. “The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay deserves one. We arrived about 90 minutes before check-in and asked if our room was ready. The front desk employee, who appeared to be the owner, wanted an extra $10 for early check-in, so we came back later. I booked through Expedia using the filters for an ocean view and close to the beach. Instead, there was no ocean view, the nearest beach was about 5 miles away, and the nicer beach was around 20 miles away. Our first room had not been cleaned……

“Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7”
