“The room we had wasn’t great - no view and a weird closet (the bar to hang clothes was below our waist) but it was clean and served its purpose. It was close to the cruise port and had a shuttle but we were concerned because the luggage was piled high in the back with no safety netting. If the driver had to slam on the brakes, the people in the back could have been seriously injured! Mt he dining area was very nice - overlooked the marina. ”

“This is a nice stop before the cruise. Nothing fancy but I do like having a kitchen table.”

“From check in until departure this was a great experience. The staff at check in were courteous and knowledgeable about activities and sights that were close by for us to explore and check out. The room was very clean and comfortable also it was spacious. Check in was a breeze and it was centrally located that restaurants and the NCL Bliss were within walking distance with a great coffee shop with great baked goodies. I actually want to stay here again. Great hotel. ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 ”

“The staff was very courteous & the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was more like a quick grab snack such as fruit, energy bars, granola bar, mini cookies, sunny d, etc... other than that it was a peaceful & quiet stay”
