“Great breakfast! Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Free shuttle to cruise ship port! Warm cookies and bottled water on arrival. This is a great place to stay!”

“Valet parking went MIA and I had to wait 45 min before I had to go get my own car. No need to use valet.”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 ”

“Parking was ok. Didn't like they had weird people living on premises. Bedding was terrible, everything stained even towels.”

“The room was HUGE and clean. Not a lot of contact with staff, just to check in. No amenities were offered, no breakfast. Not even a coffee pot in the room. The neighborhood seemed a little shady. Beds were comfortable. ”

“Perfect for my stay for a convention! The staff was responsive and helpful, and when I encountered an error with my booking (my fault), they were incredibly understanding and proactive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An excellent value for a room in a stellar location!”

“The staff was very courteous & the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was more like a quick grab snack such as fruit, energy bars, granola bar, mini cookies, sunny d, etc... other than that it was a peaceful & quiet stay”
