“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“The hot tub was a little too hot for my taste, but the whole amenity area was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. I can see why guests would come here to get married as the grounds were lush and well-landscaped. Ahmad at the check in desk was very friendly and welcoming! Thank you all for a lovely stay!”
