They removed the door knob, screwed on a steel plate to cover the holes and welded or bolted the door shut. The main door to get into the room, there was no swcondary security lock. Half of the mechanism was removed (not broken, removed)"

"this hotel scams you with extra false charges after check out, I am not a smoker and they charged me $500 dollars for "smoking in the room". And refused to return the charge after I explained that I am not a smoker. No evidence was provided because there was none. I travel often and I can confidently say this was one of my worst hotel experiences "
