“Have stayed at properties at Beach Cove owned by Sarah in past and always a 5 star experience ! Properties are as pictured , clean, comfortable and maintained . Provides everything you need so all you have to do is unpack and head to the beach ! Rocker on balcony a plus for me as I love to rock ! Definitely recommend !”

“The railing between the balcony and neighbor's balcony is missing, and is intentionally hidden in the photos. Also has roaches. Bathroom sink was clogged. Management is AI and gives automated responses but does nothing.”

“Nice place to stay but definitely need to work on a few things. Need to wash the walls and get footprints and handprints off. Bathroom windows are see through from outside have a little gap at bottom & can see though regardless of privacy tint! No elevators (not listed on website). House keeping knows the code to your room while u stay. Had a housekeeper walk into our room no knock, while we were getting our stuff together to check out & was rude we were in there past check out time. Definitely……

“I have stayed in Beach Cove resort a few times and this unit by far is the nicest of them all! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The linens and bedding were chopped here.. the king size bed slept wonderfully! The position of this unit allows a beautiful view of the pools and the ocean. Check-in was simple and the house was available anytime I messaged her. We stayed a couple of days, but it was a flawless vacation.!! I will definitely stay in this unit again!”

“I tried to cancel before the 100 deadline due to a schedule change. I never got a response.so then I had to take a 50% loss but ony got $41 and change after paying $144 +. Will never book with them again!! What a scam”

“This is a great beachfront condo on the 10th floor. It’s spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The condo is nicely decorated with lots of amenities. Just take the elevator down to the pool area and it’s a short walk to the beach. There is also a nice parking ramp with a skywalk over the road. The condo was clean and communication with the host really good. It was family friendly with plenty of room for children to play.”
