“The property is in need of a deep cleaning and a renovation. Location is great but wouldn’t stay there again due to the uncleanliness of the entire property.”

We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.”

“Beautiful location on the beach. Lots of outdoor pools and amenities for the family. Loved the resort vibe with the afternoon DJ, tiki bar, breakfast buffet & grilling options. Great location. Nice part of Myrtle Beach. Definitely recommend for families.”

The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected. “I reserved an ocean-view room. Every time the air conditioner went off, it made a loud noise. This was all day and night. The elevators took forever going up and down. There was no microwave in my room. The room itself looked a little run-down. I feel as if I was charged for the name of the hotel, not the quality, which would be an overcharge.”
