“The hotel itself wasn’t bad for the price. Great location. The room could have been cleaner. Furniture and counter in bathroom had a slimy haze from what I assume was cleaning solution. Found some hairs in the bathroom. Cobwebs in the room. Not very well insulated as there was a lot of noise outside the room that could be heard. Slamming doors from other rooms woke me up a few times.”

“It was my birthday trip with family, we had a great time. Location was great for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful.”

“The view was amazing, the room was clean and had plenty supplies however the doors are in need of painting and the hallway was never vacuumed the entire time I was there. I didn't see many workers but the few housekeeping attendants were very nice. The entrance to our room had a terrible odor. The previous guest had left a bucket of fish, a knife and an empty bucket outside of our room. Someone called about it and no one ever came to remove it. The next day my husband picked it up and gave it to……

“For what I paid no worth”

“Villa rooms were very dated and not very clean. Resort double booked me and was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. Two different guests who checked in before us also had problems with their reservations. We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.”

“Check your expedia room rate per day against the resorts rate per day. Expedia rate quote $210 per day when I booked the room. At Check out Hilton quote $290 per day.... After all taxes the taxes and fees it ended up charging me, approximately $300 difference. So make sure your quote is the same before you check in. Keep your itinerary.”

“The home was located in a nice peaceful neighborhood. It was close to many stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected. I would love to rent this property again if it's available when we come back to Myrtle Beach.”
