“The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale”

“Front desk staff amazing Parking was horrible but being managed My view was partial ocean and I feel like I cheated the property it was so gorgeous we got a strip view and ocean… almost felt like ocean front I had to ask the difference”

“My second visit in a month, this time with my wife. Everything was really excellent the staff is really friendly and helpful especially Kayla, if your lucky enough to have her working when you're there she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They keep the place really clean. One thing we noticed though at the smoking area in the back of the hotel there's a door to the upstairs steps that did not have a card lock for customers staying at the hotel and was unlocked and open.”

“My Stay on May 30th - June 1st 2026 was A Horrible 1st Day ( 5pm ) Check in!, I had wait 2 hours in my 1st Room before They fixed my Comode in Bathroom!, I paid ahead of Time for an Oceanfront Hotel for Weeked,,, So Mantience Guy said go ahead and Upack., I kept Asking just for Another Oceanfront Room, The Front desk clerk/ Supervisor seem to Not care at All!, so Approx 1 1/2 hrs My Toliet Comode was still sitting in my kitchen Area, He said Can't Fix, She finally gave me another ……

“The property was clean and well maintained, we had a great time on the memorial weekend with our 7yo. We will be back again for sure!!”

“Rooms were a bit outdated, but we had a great view. It’s awesome that the hotel partners with the other hotel with the waterpark. We couldn’t use a luggage cart to bring in our luggage’s unless we were using valet. I’ve never seen that policy before and thought was inconvenient.”

“Upon arrival I was told that a deposit was required and it would be returned at checkout. due to late time, I paid the deposit. The next morning at checkout I was told it would be five days before the deposit would be returned. What a rip off!”

“Everything was excellent, the only recommendation would be to put in some comfortable bed to go along with the wonderful stay and view of the beach.”
