Unfortunately we didn’t receive enough towels and toilet paper and had to keep going down to ask. We asked for daily cleaning and it was not scheduled- had to call! The kitchen should be stocked with utensils and plates etc. we had 2 forks, 3 knives, 1 spoon. The trash cans mere tiny and we always had to ansk to have them emptied . We were a group of 4 adults and on child. Unacceptable for the price they charge!!

Our stay was ruined by the fire alarm that went on at 5am from Saturday to Sunday. Somebody forgot to turn the microwave off. So kids got scared.. had to take them outside during midnight. And no staff was at around at emergency exit outside telling us what was happening or direct people, or tell us what to do. Hotel was not prepared for such situation at all! So we couldn’t sleep after, we’re not able even to eat breakfast and weekend vacation was ruined as we had to drive home that day which was not safe due to stress and lack of sleep!

Stayed for 1 week and overall the hotel was very good. we were comfortable as a family of 4. We liked the stocked mini kitchen, it helped with simple food prep/assembly and some light cooking. Note the whole foods is pretty close, for the basic grocery needs (sandwich meats, pasta, etc.). And the separate room helped when we needed a little space for some quiet time. The shower in the bathroom had a slow drain, and this was addressed by the staff soon after I informed them of it (prompt service and care). The morning breakfast is good. Scrambled eggs, cereal, coffee, bread, and pastries. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. McPherson station was the closest metro stop, it's a decent walk, and from there getting around was straight forward.
