“Honestly, I understand “you get what you pay for” but this was just so much worse than I expected. Heaters falling a part, a chair missing an arm with screws sticking out, an awful smell as soon as you enter, an uncomfortable bed, an extension cord that had to be used to literally plug in EVERYTHING, including the TV, blow dryer and microwave all at once, and just so much more. “We were greeted by amazing staff and enjoyed the attentiveness in which they served us. The room was cozy and clean and free parking was included in the stay, which was a pleasant surprise. The free breakfast was very good, as there were a handful of options for morning food, as well as a nice clean dining area. Overall, it was a great experience provided by the wonderful Holiday Inn in Hamilton. Highly recommend as a hotel to stay at for visitors looking to tour, or there for a concert/event.”
